Integrity Golf Services, will select the management team for the day-to-day operations of each club Integrity Golf Services' philosophy of "The Right People in the Right Job" is the cornerstone of successful operational management. Each facility is to be managed by an experienced General Manager, or PGA Director of Golf who has been chosen based on the above philosophy.

Integrity Golf Services:

Marketing:

• Hiring, training and supervision of marketing and/or membership
• personnel
• Conducting feasibility and market studies
• Develop and implement marketing plans
• Develop printed collateral packages and branding programs
• Establish fee structures

Operations:

• Overall management of club operations, i.e. (golf, food & beverage, golf course maintenance
• Hiring and training of employees
• On-going supervision of employees
• Implement weekly flash reporting system
• Implement weekly yield management report
• Develop annual operating budgets
• Monthly review of club operations with the owner
• Monthly review with the property manager
• Develop long range plan for club
