The Golf Shop
Outside Services is the front door to the facility. These personnel provide the first and last impressions a member/customer will have of the facility. Service standards in this area while appropriate to the facility shall be a step above what would be determined to be typical for this type facility. Check-in will be done in a very professional yet friendly manner. Inside the golf shop the member/customer shall find a selection of merchandise that fits the needs of the facility. Individual and group lessons will be available for those wanting to improve their game. No matter whether a part of a group outing or an individual player, all member/customers shall be treated with professionalism with every attention to detail being given to their needs. Integrity Golf Services understands the completely the inherent value in members @ private facilities, and customers @ daily fee facilities. The golf shop at each Integrity Golf Services facility will be staffed with qualified experienced personnel. The golf staff, will be lead by a "Class A" member of the PGA of America.
